This is a fantastic little TTRPG that's infinitely replayable if you like ghost hunting and the supernatural. Imagine if Ghostbusters and The Office had a baby. It's designed to be played in an episodic format, each game session is focused on completing a single job. You do the job, get paid, and move on to the next one.
What makes this game special is that it takes the pressure off the GM in favor of more collaborative storytelling. If a player makes a roll and succeeds, she tells the GM what happens. If the roll fails, the GM calls the shots. This game mechanic means the players aren't just groping around for the clues the GM created, like in some mystery-themed TTRPG: instead the players actively get to decide what thier characters will find.
The other thing that I love about this game is called the "Confessional." Characters can step out of a scene and talk directly to the camera, just like in one of those ghost-hunting reality shows. Whatever they tell the "audience" becomes true in-game.
Now this all works beautifully on one condition. All the players need to understand that this game won't let you live out your power fantasies. The whole point is to tell a compelling and often funny story. Player characters frequently get screwed in hilarious ways. Ego has to go right out the window. There is only The Plot. Remember that, and everything will work out fine. :)
